Acne can be a sign that something in our body is not going well at all. The pimples, pimples and other imperfections of the skin can leave following the hormonal changes, but also they appear for not eating a healthy diet.

Foods rich in zinc should be included as they help reduce oiliness and promote healing of the skin, preventing spots or scars from acne. Some foods rich in zinc are nuts and beans.
